Visitors to our website can register to purchase services. *Cancellation Policy
In the event that you are un-able to continue your studied for personal reason, you will retain your student status on our files for up to 24 months from the time of your last class. You can resume your studies anytime with just a one week advanced written e mail notification.

If you are not satisfied with your course you can request that your money be returned. After the first 20% of your classes are completed you will be given the opportunity to get your money back if you feel you will not improve with Scott Perry. If you choose to continue past the first 20% of your classes are completed then you accept the course as is and indicate that you are satisfied and are no longer eligible to receive your money back at at a later date. You can not complete your entire course and request your money back. Only courses taught by Scott Sensei apply self study programs do not apply and are not eligible for the 100%ÊÖ¶âÊݾÚÀ©ÅÙ.
Classroom Security
The classroom is a safe and secure environment which only the instructor and student can gain access starting times will vary between students.
Intellectual Property
The names, images and logos identifying the Savant Eikaiwa or the Scott Perry Group Worldwide or third parties and their products and services are subject to copyright, design rights and trade marks of Scott Perry. Nothing contained in these terms shall be construed as conferring by implication, otherwise any license or right to use any trademark, patent, design right or copyright of the Scott Perry Group.
Technical Difficulties
There may be some technical difficulties such as a bad internet connection or poor sound quality at times. Many of these difficulties are out of our control. You will not be penalized for problems arising from the companies' source. If you are experiencing technical difficulties on your side, we will attempt to resolve the problems with our technical department. The company will not be responsible for problems such as lack of internet connection, broken internet connection, or the failure of the student electronic equipment such as headphones, computer, speakers, or monitor. We will work with you to find a solution.
Class Starting Times
Starting times will be set between the instructor and student. There will be a 5 minute grace period for both teacher and student should either start late. In the even that the student is un able to start within the 5 minute grace period, please contact your instructor by phone. The missed 5 minutes can be made up at the end of the session. After 15 minutes the class will be marked as a missed class with no make up or it may be rescheduled. The decision will be up to the instructor. Should the instructor be late past 5 minutes due to technical difficulties, the student/s will automatically get an additional class.
Property Rights
All recorded classes are the property of Scott Perry and the S Perry Group and may be at times used for education purposes only. If you do not agree to having your classes used for educational purposes your personal classes can not be recored, and you will not receive other educational recorded classes. It is your responsibility to notify your instructor at the start of your first class.
If you are a member of the Gold Club your image will never be shown unless you agree to it and you are eligible to receive copies of other recored classes for your training.
Right to Terminate
The SPerry Group or any SPerry Group instructor has the right to terminate the remaining sessions of any student they deem necessary without written notice. In the event that a student is terminated from the program, all remaining classes will be canceled and the student will receive a refund of equal to the amount of classes remaining. Funds will be returned to the student within 45 days.
