What is "Perfect Sound" - Sound that has no errors in the thing you said and has the same rhythm and speed of native speakers.
When you speak English, there is no reaction.
Perfect sound is determined by several volunteer listener's that you can select. They will listen to several groups of speakers and then have to try to identify the voice of my student out of a group of 6 others native. If they choose my student less than 20% you have a native sound. That means they will have chosen other natives at at lease 20% and people are not sure. They are guessing.
Level 1 means that your words are without error but level one pronunciation without rhythm can still be detected as non native even though it is perfect. Native Sound has the same native rhythm as well.
